I called MetroPower with a pressing issue, and they came right out and fixed it. Same-day service, with friendly and professional electricians. I would definitely call them again!

Great service. Willing to answer any question you have. And also ask a few questions you might not know to ask. Very helpful with the power project I had. Highly recommend them for any power issue you have or are looking into

These guys were spot on, customer service oriented and courteous all through the process and made sure that every facet of my project was tested successfully and explained to my wife before they left and they didn’t leave the job site dirty either! They cleaned up after themselves! I will engage them again if I have any electrical work that needs to be done. Great folks!

I had Metro Power out to do some work and was very pleased with their professionalism. Since I had multiple people out doing work that day, it was easy to distinguish them due to their red collared shirts and being dressed all the same. They were kind, well mannered and professional. They did a fabulous job, completing it in a timely manner. I will definitely call them in the future!

I can’t attest to their work because they didn’t show. I called last week and made an appointment to receive a quote for some work I need completed. I have them on my calendar for 10am today. I called at 1 to see why they didn’t come and they said that their office doesn’t make appointments and that a technician would have had to call to schedule. I can’t remember the specifics of our conversation a whole week ago (I’m receiving quotes on multiple projects at my house), but I’m certain I didn’t conjure 10am Thursday out of thin air. But even if that is the case, a whole week later, a technician still hasn’t called to schedule an appointment? I’m sure they’re lovely, but they seem disorganized and the system they have for scheduling appointments is inefficient. I see from a previous review that I’m not alone in this assessment. Macon needs good, reliable business, so I do hope you can receive this constructively. Sincerely wishing you well.
